Everything we make is an oral solid — capsules and tablets. It keeps our process narrow and our quality checks repeatable.

How it’s made
From composition to carton

Formulation
Composition, dosage and dosage form are settled on paper against the reference monograph, then trialled at small scale before anything is scaled up.

Manufacturing
Granulation, compression and capsule filling run in segregated areas with controlled temperature and humidity, one product at a time.

Quality control
Incoming raw material and finished goods are checked against specification — description, weight, disintegration and assay. A batch is not released until it passes.

Packing & dispatch
Blistering, coding and cartoning, with batch number, manufacturing date and expiry printed on every pack so any strip can be traced back to its record.

Traceable batches
Every pack carries a batch number that leads back to its raw material, its operators and its test results.
Tested to specification
Materials in and product out are tested against a written specification, not against the last batch that happened to pass.
Documented throughout
Batch manufacturing records, in-process checks and certificates of analysis are kept on file and shared with trade partners on request.

Prift Life Sciences Private Limited was incorporated on 3 January 2022 and is run by its two directors from Sharda Nagar, Kanpur. We started with a single vitamin C capsule and have grown the range one product at a time — which is also how we intend to carry on.
Our line is Work to Care. It is a manufacturing company’s version of a bedside manner: the care shows up in the record, the weight check and the seal on the strip.
